Free unlimited WiFi (fiber). There are “smart” TV’s in the Lounge, 1st floor flatlet and bedroom 4 with Netflix, YouTube Premium, etc. Satellite DSTV could be arranged but will be at extra cost. Alternatively use the DSTV Now app. Just enter your Activation Code.
Entertainment Areas:
Indoor entertainment area is open plan featuring a large indoor BBQ/fireplace that forms part of kitchen, dining and lounge area. Dinner table supports 10 guests with additional 4 x seats at breakfast nook.
The backdoor leads onto a very sheltered stoep with seating and built-in gas Weber BBQ and access to a large lawn/garden area.
The first floor features another open plan lounge with kitchen, large bathroom (full) and main bedroom leading onto a large deck with great sea views.
Main Bedroom (1)
The main bedroom is on the upper level with cupboards, dressing table and King size Bed. This forms part of a seperate flatlet that may be closed off from the rest of the house.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom on ground level, built in cupboards, dresser and Queen Size Bed.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom on ground level, built in cupboards, dresser and two single beds.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom on ground level, built in cupboards, Double Bed and single Bed. Small kitchenette with wash basin, worktop, kettle, fridge, etc. This room features stackable doors leading into the garden.
Bathrooms
Upper Level features a full bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and double shower.
Lower Level bathroom features a toilet, basin and shower only.
Warm water by means of solar heating seamlessly switching to gas when depleted so hot water is always available.
Beach Access
One of the most beautiful beaches in Langebaan is just on your doorstep. A short walk (150m) leads to a boardwalk to access to the beach.
Beautiful sea views from lower and especially upper floors.
